This is the seller workflow for G Store. It is ready locally for XAMPP testing and can be connected to live payment gateways after hosting/domain setup.
1. Apply
Seller registers as a vendor, adds store name, phone, and full UK trading address.
2. Admin approval
Selling is disabled by default. Admin checks UK details, category fit, and policy agreement before enabling selling.
3. Add product
Approved seller uses the vendor dashboard to add products, price, stock, images, delivery and return notes.
- Only UK-based sellers are allowed.
- New seller products remain pending until admin approves them.
- Fake branded goods, unsafe products, misleading photos, illegal items, and non-UK seller applications are rejected.
- Seller must keep order messages inside the site and provide dispatch/tracking details where needed.
- Open vendor dashboard after login.
