Every seller must follow these standards before products are approved and payouts are released.
- Seller must be UK-based with a real UK trading or dispatch address.
- Product title, photos, brand, condition, price, stock and delivery promise must be accurate.
- Seller must dispatch on time and upload tracking or delivery proof when requested.
- Returns and disputes must be answered within one business day.
- Repeated late dispatch, counterfeit risk, high dispute rate, or bad communication can pause payouts and selling rights.
