Seller fees are transparent and editable from the WordPress/Dokan admin settings.
Default commission
10% admin commission on product subtotal.
Shipping
Shipping fees are assigned to the seller so they can cover postage and courier cost.
Refunds
If an order is refunded or disputed, the seller payable amount is reduced before withdrawal approval.
- You can change commission later from WordPress Admin > Dokan > Settings > Commission.
- You can review seller balances and withdrawal requests from WordPress Admin > Dokan > Withdraw.
- High-risk sellers can have a custom commission or be paused from selling until reviewed.
